City planning and design can impact environmental and human health through placement (whether communities are near highways, or whether busy road are routed through communities), and amenities that impact walkability (are there sidewalks, parks, etc.), green space (impacts heat) and more.

I am so happy to be a part of this challenge, which really wasn't a challenge but...so important and inspirational to me!  It made me realize my part in wasting our Earth's resources and what I can do to contribute to saving and helping our Earth!  Very enlightening!!!

We have been planting both flowers as well as getting our veggies started from seed.  It is so rewarding to know you have grown something from seed.

There are health benefits to starting with smaller portions.  This also allows the opportunity to eat more mindfully.

Action Track: Accelerating Solutions Support Businesses Owned by Women, BIPOC, or Immigrants
Globally, women typically invest a higher proportion of their earnings in their families and communities than men. What have you done in the past to support women-owned businesses? How can you better support communities by supporting women?

There are several smaller women owned businesses in my area.  I particularly like to buy the products, share them on social media and tag the business page.  I think people are more likely to try something that someone they know has used and liked.  The local cake lady is not a hardship to support:)
