April 27 at 8:06 AMEveryday, I notice the trash and how privileged I am to live in an area where my park is regularly maintenanced. One day, the trash can was over flowing and it struck me that I never have ever seen it overflowing due to good daily maintaining of the space.

April 27 at 8:05 AMWhen on zoom or any virtual platform, I make the intention to be completely present, forward facing and upbeat. It goes a long way to engage people and lighten the mood.
