April 21 at 1:44 PMReduce is what has the biggest impact and I am constantly trying to buy in bulk and avoid excess packaging. With 2 teenage boys it is a continuous effort. We are far from perfect but I have taught my kids to think about ways to reduce their impact.

April 15 at 2:10 PMI am on a weight loss journey, after a year of stress eating. Eating smaller portions helps me lose weight and also helps me waste less. I am eating up all those fresh fruits and veggies that might have gone bad. And the scraps I do have either go to our Guinea pigs or to my compost.
