Michelle Seward 4/01/2021 12:54 PMDay 1. I ate breakfast and lunch without distractions. So far, so good. Enjoyed TV after eating while savoring my coffee for my AM and PM! Dinner is planned and I'll eat at the island while savoring every bite!-
