    I'm not sure if bulding with bamboo is being done here, and wonder how the local codes perceive that technique. Another sustainable alternative that has many uses is hemp.

    All dates are not an indication of food safety which is pretty clear. I will share this information with others now. I have always made judgement calls on the specific food regardless of date and will continue.
