Dom Gorecki 4/09/2021 2:03 PMOne of my goals this month was to make my homemade lunches and dinners zero waste. Since I do a lot of food prep this hasn't been too hard for me. I have been trying to apply this to my wider life and try to eliminate extra waste so today instead of buying some new notebooks, I found a local craft shop that sells used items and bought 5 notebooks (for only $2!). -
Dom Gorecki 4/05/2021 11:08 AMThis may look like another sloppy joe and jo-jo combo, but is actually a 100% home cooked vegetarian recipe. The "meat" is actually jackfruit, and is a good replacement for pork as it tends to pull apart to create a similar texture!-
Paul Sheldon 4/08/2021 9:09 AMLooks amazing! Also the fries look spot on.

Dom Gorecki 4/05/2021 11:06 AMIt doesn't look like much, but hopefully it will soon! Over the weekend, I set up a garden and planted lettuce, spinach, carrots, cherry tomatoes, and some mint. I got some seeds as well as some starters as this is my first garden. Stay tuned for more updates/ to see how it goes!
