Joyce Goldsmith 4/20/2021 3:18 PMI am pretty good at minimizing waste. I strive for zero waste. I use very little one-time plastic. I am stuck in a fossil fuel world, but do what I can by having solar panels on my roof and drive a hybrid car. -

Chef Steven Satterfield advocates for utilizing every part of a vegetable. How can you incorporate using an entire vegetable, including the skins, tops, and stalks during your next meal prep?
Joyce Goldsmith 4/15/2021 5:54 PMI do this all the top. I take the precooked vegetable scraps and use them to make vegetable broth. I use in soups and gravies and sauces all the time. Easy to freeze.-

Joyce Goldsmith 4/12/2021 8:26 AMI have solar panels since 2009. Thru my financial advisor I expressed that I did not want to invite in Fossil fuel. About 3 years ago I dumped Exxon stock I inherited
