How is your diet currently impacting deforestation? What can you do to decrease your negative impact and increase your positive impact?

Right now, I currently eat a lot of meat, eggs and dairy every day. I also eat a lot of highly processed foods and snacks which can contribute to deforestation. The best thing that I can do to decrease my negative impact is to decrease the amount of junk food I consume.

Yes, I have heard about biomass technology involving using methane gas as a source to burn and create steam, but I had no idea that there were so many different ways to create alternate and renewable energy.
