Family planning has positive impacts on all aspects of well-being; health, finances, & life expectancy of children & adults. It's also important to have equitable contraception as it relates to the population. The more people there are on the planet, the greater the demand is on resources.

Green vehicles are new technology, the quicker we embrace it, the more advance we can become. Tesla may have its issues with miming but they have done wonders to bring electric cars to a new level.

Refrigerants are a terrible pollutant that are difficult to maintain & properly dispose of. Chlorofluorocarbon (CFCs) contributed to ozone depletion. Hydrochlorofluorocarbon (HCFCs) are better, but still contribute to greenhouse gases. Better alternatives are now being phased in. Grocery stores contribute do to their large amount of refrigerated machines.

Accessible and affordable transportation should be available to everyone. Everyone needs to go to work and they shouldn't have to die trying to get halfway to work. I personally love to go biking, but I love to drive at night.

I despise cluttered spaces, so I am a bit of a minimalistic. I still have personal items that I keep, but I try to reduce how much stuff I buy and bring into my home. Whenever I shop, I try to leave one thing behind so I reduce my spending and short-term gratification.

I have personal connections to a farm. Family has owned a farm and raised several horses, sheep, and goats. Thinking about the declining farmland now will reduce their only income to survive given circumstances of providing to feed people.

By reducing my meat consumption & switching to more plant foods, I can reduce the impact that my diet has on deforestation. I can also focus on switching to more regenerative/cyclical options.

Thank you for raising awareness of women's and gender equality issues. What is the next step to actually address this disparity?

A step to address the disparity is to have more empowerment. In my region is to mitigate violence that includes domestic violence, gender based violence, and sexual violence. Another example is to empower them by uniting and evaluate values to public without fear.

Mindful eating is healthier for us than eating with distractions. How does your eating experience differ when practicing mindfulness?

When you actually focus on your food instead of distractions you can make improvements in your cooking. You notice the flavors and textures of what you are consuming. I've started to eat healthier because I realized I don't really like chicken in my dishes unless prepared in certain ways.
