I am most inspired local farmers-particularly during the pandemic.  During this challenging time, they have been working to get fresh food into our communities. I think it is increasingly important to think about every aspect of where our food comes from.

We are able to catch up with each other and savor the food we are eating.  It is especially important as we are not having as much social interaction with schoolmates or co-workers.

  • REFLECTION QUESTION

People in richer countries have access to more resources including meat. This consumption can create health problems, increase GHGs, and ultimately affect land and water resources for many people.
