    Thanks to the advise and suggestions from others I am in the process of moving to octopus as my supplier! Scary thing is it’s slightly cheaper than what I was paying as well as being better for the environment!

    Is any seafood sustainable? Think I need to read up more and look at more companies that give out sustainability logos. Will also be recommending everyone watches seaspiracy- will help promote discussion. Only had fish one day a week before however will remove this until I can actually find a sustainable source.

      Seaspiracy (why on earth they didn't call it ConspiraSea) is on my to-watch list! 
      First we need to understand what do we mean by sustainably sourced seafood i guess. What about having locally sourced seafood first as i found out a lot of prawns sold in the UK come from Costa Rica...
