Leslie Smith 4/25/2021 4:34 PMTo reduce my food waste, I made pizzas today with a bunch of leftovers. One had barbecued ribs I’ve had in my freezer,Another, half rib, half veggie, using chipotles in adobo sauce I had left over from a previous recipe. This was a mix of roasted vegetables from earlier in the week.
The cheeses were three or four different ones I had bits of pieces of in my fridge. All delicious! -
Leslie Smith 4/19/2021 11:12 AMI took a long walk around a local park (Truman Park in Hazelwood ) this morning that I didn’t even know existed. Nice quiet place, pretty lake, and a paved trail, as it is part of the Missouri River Greenway. -
