Education applied to daily decision making coupled with some smaller lifestyle changes could slowly lead to cultural change which is really what's needed in order for a sustainable community to become a reality. -

Lauren Diomampo 4/22/2021 5:53 AMI feel that time flowed more slowly but my total eating time was actually much shorter. I wasn't chewing or eating any faster than usual, but I wasn't distracted by other things and was really attuned to the moment I was in, which was eating. My focus was on the flavors, textures, combinations, etc. -

Lauren Diomampo 4/22/2021 5:51 AMWhile I appreciate what on the surface looks like steps in the right direction, I still do not see any type of commercial fish farming as a sustainable practice. Yes, I rarely eat seafood and am primarily vegetarian, but when I do I want it to be high quality. I would still prefer to eat what I can catch in the wild.
