    While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come from eating/serving smaller portions?

    Smaller portions reduce waste and side benefits to many of us who are weight cautious to control the amount intake.

    Cooked red meat and the usual ways (fried, grill, broil, etc) we prepare them can be carcinogenic according to many studies.
    Less meat less carbon emissions and lead healthier lives, encourage responsible farming, animal rights and long term benefits to local farming/ agricultural economies

    we all have enough of screen time in a day especially after covid. Enjoying our meals without extra distractions should ultimately be healthier for us, physically (digestions) and mentally (quality time with family/ partners/ pets)

    Change of habits like leaving water running when brushing your teeth, cleaning your face. If your toilet has two stage flushing, use it.

    its really about behavior change more than anything. if we can all do one little step at a time like changing a shower head,, we all can make a difference for generations to come.
