Food, Agriculture, and Land Use Zero-waste Cooking
In North America, up to 65% of food waste happens at the consumer level. Chef Steven Satterfield advocates for utilizing every part of a vegetable. How can you incorporate using an entire vegetable, including the skins, tops, and stalks during your next meal prep?

I don't love to cook, so it's relatively easy for me to prepare meals without waste — I usually keep the skins, etc. on anyway :)

Generally I walk the same routes but recently I've taken a few different blocks and have had the opportunity to say hello to some neighbors I've never seen before. It's nice!

I feel excited to watch my little chestnut tree grow! I loved the process of finding a home for this tree to grow tall and strong and have a long, healthy life.
