    coffee cups, we can use our own mug when buying coffee, most coffee shop offer discount or rewards for buy your own mug consumer behavior, this can save money as well as help to protect the earth.

    I enjoy walking in different weather, you can feel the heat from the sun when it is sunny, you can feel the water drops when you walk in the rain! More greenery will make it more relax and more enjoyable for the walk.

    Without all the distractions, you can really enjoy the taste of the food, when you are more focus on your meal, you may chew more for every bite, this is good for our digestion and health.

    yes, there are toothbrush, brushes, furniture made with bamboo and easy to consume by public in our community.
