    Uneven access to education. Forcing to get married at an early age. Lack of religious freedom. Less or No support from family. Societal mindsets.

    Family planning enables women to be healthier. It also helps to raise the quality of life. It also helps to concentrate on other activities and helps women to have more equal opportunities and financial security.

    Industrial waste when let out directly in oceans without proper treatment is destroying the ocean ecosystem. Having proper water treatment plants in the industry and strict laws can help.
    Individually we need to make sure that we do not throw waste in water bodies when we go on trips.

    Stir-fry the remaining parts of the vegetables like stems with salt and pepper and you can have it as a starter. Prepare stock by using all the vegetable skin and later use it in preparing soups. Do not remove the skin of the vegetables while cooking. Fruits and vegetables which are not used in preparing a meal can also be used to make different face packs and apply them to your skin. The skin of the potato when applied to the face helps to reduce tanning.

    I will help people to understand the long-term benefits of using rooftop solar panels. Benefits such as it's a free source of energy, It's a one-time investment and lifetime outcome. It also does not emit any gases in the environment.

    Start from something small in your surrounding just like planting a tree every month. Be a volunteer to make sure the surrounding you are living in is not cutting down trees. Help your friends, family, and your community to understand the importance of moving towards sustainable resources.

    Wasting water to wash vehicles every alternate day needs to stop. Water used to clean fruits and vegetables should be reused to water the house plants.
