Individually we need to make sure that we do not throw waste in water bodies when we go on trips. -

Chef Steven Satterfield advocates for utilizing every part of a vegetable. How can you incorporate using an entire vegetable, including the skins, tops, and stalks during your next meal prep?
Reshma Thombre 4/30/2021 9:03 AMStir-fry the remaining parts of the vegetables like stems with salt and pepper and you can have it as a starter. Prepare stock by using all the vegetable skin and later use it in preparing soups. Do not remove the skin of the vegetables while cooking. Fruits and vegetables which are not used in preparing a meal can also be used to make different face packs and apply them to your skin. The skin of the potato when applied to the face helps to reduce tanning. -
