REFLECTION QUESTIONTransportation Use Muscle PowerHow do your transportation choices affect your engagement in your community? Does your experience or enjoyment differ while walking, riding transit, biking or driving?
Don Tan 4/29/2021 9:04 PMInstead of driving, I walked to the shops near my housing area. Sadly, most people here don't walk due to the hot weather, so, neighbourhood engagement is very limited.-
Artiom Molchanov 5/03/2021 6:48 PMI am walking whenever I can. Regardless the weather. Usually distance below 2km in a city is faster to do by walking than by any transport. Unless very limited case when a transport is immediately available at your exact location and can drop you exactly at the desired location, and there is no traffic issues. So sounds like 2am conditions for a crowdy city ;).

REFLECTION QUESTIONElectricity Calculate My Carbon FootprintWhat stood out to you most about your carbon footprint? What surprised you or sparked curiosity? Where can you take most immediate action?
Don Tan 4/29/2021 8:55 PMShocked to see my carbon footprint from food consumption could be so high, although I have done many to help the environment from 5Rs to minimum travel. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONElectricity Watch a Video about Methane DigestersWhat does your vision of a sustainable community look like? What would need to be changed in order for such vision to become reality?
Don Tan 4/29/2021 8:48 PMWe need to be more willing to invest on sustainable energy alternatives in our own home. Our local government could encourage more households to install solar-powered appliances with tax incentives and subsidies! -
