    I travel a lot to see my family, which I know adds to my carbon footprint. Most immediately, I'd like to be better about turning off lights and unplugging things that I'm not using. I'd also like to incorporate more meatless meals into my diet.

    I'm more conscious of how quickly and how much I'm eating when I'm not distracted.
