Food, Agriculture, and Land Use

Keep Track of Wasted Food

Reduced Food Waste

I will keep a daily log of food I throw away during Earth Month Ecochallenge, either because it went bad before I ate it, I put too much on my plate, or it was scraps from food preparation.

Nature lets me feel free. The peaceful state nature is in, allows me to unwind, letting go of all the headaches and stress of normal living. Once you unwind, close your eyes, stop thinking, and just listen to the noises of Nature.

Locally grown food can build a great trusting relationships with people that live in the area. These people will have more feelings towards using their products because it is a one on one basis... My family and I have always supported local farmers!!!
