    I prefer walking and Biking while doing my house hold chores like going for grocery shopping , taking staircase instead of elevators, otherwise I have to squeeze some time for the workout in my daily routine . It helps me it creating balance with my health and  relieves boredom and stress

    We should start from Office 
    -Paper free internal communication via teams google docs
    -Time for electronic signature software like docu sign abode sign
    -Move to  digital financial statements [online invoice ,paperless bank statement]
    -Less emphasis on office printer and promote the use of PDF  and use bulliten-board for office announcements

    While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come from eating/serving smaller portions?

    It might be a strategy To lose weight but It is really supported by real science that the Smaller Plates help in food consumption which led us to eating less and You eat for energy instead of storing excess of fats .
    Another benefit is it improves our digestion and even a better blood sugar control ...
    By eating In smaller plates means less wastage of food so it Effect directly to environment and even we can waste less food by cooking less portions ... 
    Other thing we can focus we can reduce  food waste by investing in acomposter for backyards which is vital nutrient for plants ....

    I have supported my friend who has started there business through social media [ Nowadays Social Media is a big influence on young ]
    The awareness we can create using social media can draw more attention and more customers also that wasn't known to otherwise.
    If you also wants to support always leave an online review for the company on google or Facebook or Instagram ..It will increase their visibility online that would be helpful for small entrepreneurs...

    As far as in my thinking Meat consumption is related with countries growth so the wealth grows, country tends to reduce their domestic portion of land use .
    somehow it is important for balanced food chain also and has high protein as compared to vegetarians food ..
    It has harmful impact on human and animal welfare also and on environment so it has positive and negative impacts also

    Daily walks is Great way to maintain my overall health .
    I have started with my friends to make it more enjoyable and I think it is Free and no equipment is needed for it  so everyone should day this to there daily routine  and can be done at any time of the day .

    Moreover it is reducing my weight also and helps me in looking more fit and active all day.
