    It needs to be made into a daily habit. Just as one may keep track of calories in foods, one needs to track how recyclable each item is before disposing them. Also seek products and packing materials that are recycle friendly.

    I would educate myself to learn what vegetables can be consumed wholly and how to cook differently to use all parts of the vegetable.

    One needs to eat as much as is needed.
    Overeating leads to waste of food, water, plastics and other items consumed for the meal like packaging, silverware, etc that increases our overall carbon footprint.
