    Why do people in richer countries eat more meat than people in other places? How does eating more meat affect our bodies, our planet, and other people?

    Last year i stopped to eat meat, this year other animal products. Some people still having some doubts just because have no idea what to eat if not meat...  There are so many easy healthy and delicious recipes to try. It is a great journey of new tastes and smells.

      Well done Monika, I think my family is not ready to completely resign from meet, but we've agreed to have a mix of 50:50 (meatless and meat) dinners and it works great :)

    How is planting trees good for your mental, physical, and spiritual health?

    Last Saturday I was happy to plant trees in a zone destroyed by a tornado 4 years ago in Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. In a group of 18 people we planted about 6000 pine trees. This is the third and last year, we are planting trees in the areas damaged by the tornado. Next weekend we will plant trees in the last empty field.
