Chef Steven Satterfield advocates for utilizing every part of a vegetable. How can you incorporate using an entire vegetable, including the skins, tops, and stalks during your next meal prep?

Greta Ritchard 3/29/2021 4:17 PMIt's really hard to approximate living in a share house, and air travel is quite meaningless at the moment, but I definitely do need to generally be more conscious about where I source things like utilities and food, instead of going for the easiest/cheapest by default -

Greta Ritchard 3/29/2021 4:08 PMA sustainable community primarily needs community first, instead of being a collection of people, shared ethos and goals is critical to creating a space where growth and change can happen. I would love to see a community with a circular economy of sorts, where resources are shared and taken care of, where custodianship is prioritised over ownership. -
