I recently watched a documentary on the commercial fishing industry and I was surprised to hear about all the environmental damage it commits. I always thought eating fish was better than consuming any other meat because fish doesn't produce methane gases as cows do. However, we have overfished our oceans and have left loads of rubbish behind in them as well. Therefore, I've committed to consuming less meat and fish and incorporate more vegan options into my diet. It's better for me anyways.
