Coral Puertas 4/15/2021 1:22 AMOf course! I fried some red peppers and onions. And then to that I added: butternut squash, courgettes, carrots and a tin of chopped tomatoes. Homemade vegetable stock, spices to taste (I make it mild but go as wild as you wish). Three tins of beans. Slow cook it for 5h or until sauce has thicken.
I usually serve it with either rice or pitta bread. -
