    I'm happy to be making our family mealtime more mindful. We have always been "no phones at table" and now we've added no background distractions like a TV on in another room

    It helps to reduce waste both at the grocery and within out home by avoiding tossing out or avoiding tossing out foods that are still safe for consumption.
