    i started planning meals when it came to buying groceries and making sure to minimize waste which is so important so that you can reduce waste

    the fresh air feels great, i have enjoyed sounds of nature and feeling the sun. to be honest theres so much trash, wish more people didn't liter that would make my walks more enjoyable
