There are so many great choices you can make for your home to make it more energy efficient. It has been great to research the many options. (i.e. geothermal heat, solar, whole house fans vs AC., tankless water heaters, high efficiency appliances.... the list goes on forever.)

For the past year I have been leveling out low spots in my yard with spent coffee grounds.  It should be noted that my yard is the size of a postage stamp, so a little bit of grounds goes a long ways.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

Why do people in richer countries eat more meat than people in other places? How does eating more meat affect our bodies, our planet, and other people?
