    I noticed that it was always easier to focus on schoolwork when I was done, I enjoyed getting to take a little break and get some fresh air.

    My vision of a sustainable community looks like a place where people and the surroundings have better health. The changes that need to be made for this would be decreasing pollution.

    I learned that family planning can increase a lot of people's education and access to medical professionals.

    Women have many barriers to equal participation and representation for many things such as typically getting paid less.

    I had not heard of silvopasture before now, after learning more about it I think that the biggest advantage is that it increases the amount of crops and livestock possible.

    I eat a lot of meat, dairy, and eggs, this can impact deforestation, to decrease this negative impact I can try to eat more plant-based things.

    I did not hear of biomass technology before this, what surprised me was that it can help us reach a clean energy future.

    What concerns me most about how we are affecting the planet is how quickly we are speeding up global warming.

    You can make choices that help protect peatlands by letting more people know that they need to be protected because if you spread awareness then more things that are out of your control can be done by others.
