  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Food, Agriculture, and Land Use Learn More about Regenerative Agriculture
Clean air, clean water and healthy food are just three reasons to care about regenerative agriculture. What are some other reasons? How could/does regenerative agriculture positively impact you and your community?

From a farmers perspective they should care about regenerative farming as they can save money. Regenerative farming saves them money as because the soil is healthier they can yield better crops without having to buy chemicals like fertilizers and pesticides.
Regenerative agriculture can impact our community as  people won't experience health risks from the chemicals used prior. This new type of farming might also make people want to buy locally at a local farmers market instead of supermarkets strengthening our communities bond.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Industry Reduce Single-Use Disposables
What single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?

One single use item that I used to regularly use was bubble tea straws. Instead you can use a special metal straw that is made big enough for bubble tea.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Food, Agriculture, and Land Use Smaller Portions
While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come from eating/serving smaller portions?

Another positive benefit from eating smaller portions is that we don't over eat. As when we fill up our plates too much we usually eat more than we really need to. Which can lead to unhealthy eating habits and obesity.

I would also like to add that eating smaller portions of food can also save money as when you buy less food you spend less money.

What have you noticed on your daily walks? What have you enjoyed? What infrastructure changes could make your walks more enjoyable or possible?

I've noticed that after my walks,  my head is more clear and I can work more productively and efficiently . I find walking through parks is the most enjoyable as, the trees and wildlife is a nice change from the normal city infrastructure.
