I thought both jump in series that we had this week were awesome , interactive and full of information that we can incorporate in our daily lives. I always knew being close to the water ( for me the Ocean or the Bay) had a major impact on emotional and well being, which overall drives our attitudes. And the Bee lecture today was also really great! Very interactive!

I have always gardened since I was a little girl. I always helped my parents garden( they had a veggie garden and a flower garden). As I became older I took over tending to at least the flower garden. I have multiple gardens now. Sometimes it is daunting when you look at the work that needs to be done to care for them. But when you are in there doing the work and looking at the final product, that is when that feeling of low stress and accomplishments are felt.
