    I have been trying to buy more products that are not in single use packaging and in some cases like soap have no packaging at all

    While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come from eating/serving smaller portions?

    Using the same size of plates for the most part but I am paying closer attention to the portion size.

    Did some research and watched a couple of videos. Definitely some differences in sold by, expiration and best buy dates.
