    Alexandra Bjergo 4/15/2021 3:54 AM
It was difficult at first. I started with being vegetarian before going full vegan. I have been vegan for a while now. It was mostly about breaking all my old habits. I feel healthier and happier now with my diet :)

  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Food, Agriculture, and Land Use Learn the Truth About Expiration Dates
How does knowing the difference between use by, sell by, and best by dates empower you to make better decisions?

    Alexandra Bjergo's avatar
    Alexandra Bjergo 4/15/2021 12:08 AM
Yes, I feel like I have been wasting food by going off of the best by dates and not what the actual product looks like. I will be sure to second guess if the product is actually spoiled next time.
