    I eat a lot of salad and seafood, I stay away from meats and other harmful things, and only have it once a week

    I use this method at work all the time, it prevents you from wasting product, and composting the product that is expired. We want to use products for their whole entire shelf life

    I use paper disposable coffee cups a lot when I am on the go. I can instead put to use my thermos, that is reusable and I don't have to create any extra waste.

    Food compost can turn into grown plants, from seeds that you drop in this pile. My dad always re composts vegetables, to grow gardens and this proves to help the environment and gives us an essential base to reusing what we eat.
