    There are health and wellness impacts and economical benefits from eating/serving smaller portions. My goal is to eliminate my food waste

    I created a stay cation over Easter by cooking with my family, golfing at our local golf course, and hiking the trails near our home.

    I have always focused on sustainable seafood by buying high-quality seafood, primarily at whole foods market. However, this site and research opened my eyes to the impact of consuming seafood. I added the Seafood Watch to my phone to learn more and to consume smarter.
