I learned that there is an organization Citizen Climate Lobby that works towards passing bipartisan Carbon Dividend Act meant  to charge for usage of fossil fuel energy and provide Americans with payments from these charges so that they can useit towards greener energy purchases. I wrote to 3 representatives asking them to support this Act.

Famers' cooperatives would welcome this financial support which they can invest in their processes, land, and/or livestock.
