    I had not heard of silvopasture before but it sounds like an excellent idea! The biggest advantage is an increase in land use.

    I didn't buy any wood or paper products this month - so I am going to count as "reduce"/avoid at the top of the waste minimization heirachy!

    I got extra mulch delivered this year and mulched the 15-20 new trees that were planted on my street last spring and fall! The street looks so good!

    Climate change will harm many native plant species. I care about keeping these natives in the area.

    I try to support small shops that are women owned at markets and other online ventures.

    Mindful eating is really hard because I always feel like I have to be busy or distracted. I ate a really good lunch today and tried to do nothing else but eat and I feel like I definitely enjoyed the food a lot more than usual!!
