I ended up calling my insurance as well as a locksmith because the insurance company was taking a Very long time. To make a long story short, the insurance company was free ( a female) the locksmith was $125 ( a male) so I went with the lady. The guy decided to stay because he said he did not believe the woman would be able to open my car door because it may be to difficult for her.
