I'm more aware of plastics used and have lessoned the amount that goes into the land fill or trash.  I sure wish that most organic foods weren't wrapped in plastic-not sure why since that's an unhealthy & wasteful thing to do.

I never waste what I make for myself to eat.  Eating smaller portions also helps with our health, and prevents overeating, and then getting obese.  We need to eat in moderation.

Well, windows are open letting the air and sun in to me and my indoor plants that I'm trying to maintain over winter.  I have been enjoying my daily walks and reading.  Here's a photo from yesterday.

Great, I enjoy putting my passion into action and joining with others. Also taking a walk in the woods to observe & welcome spring.  No need to drive somewhere to enjoy nature when for me, it's just out the door.
