    I enjoy commuting on my bicycle. Taking essential trips to the grocery store and getting that little bit of exercise allows for the rapid spread of endorphins and other good substances like dopamine, norepinephrine and serotonin. It promotes positive mental health.

    Wow, look at that sunshine! I'll be out watering my new trees! I got two fig trees for my yard last year and two Amur Maackia street trees the year before from Friends of Trees. Looks like our trees will be getting thirsty early this year.
