    My quick wins have all dried up! I'm really having to dig deep in these actions to keep up my progress - it's been fun challenging myself to take on more sustainable practices and continuing my green learning journey.

    What is your Earth Moment That Matters this weekend? If you are on a walk, either on your own, family or partner, pick up a piece of trash on the sidewalk and toss it in the nearest can. One item might not be a lot, but what if someone else saw you and became inspired? One action can multiply!

    So much more enjoyable and rewarding when you take time to chop your vegetables and enjoy the experience in the kitchen from start to finish. I'm often more grateful when I eat without distractions, more grateful for the food and the company. :)
