The refrigerators in our supermarkets take a lot of power to run and a lot of refrigerants to keep things cool. There are leaks and inefficient models that need repair and replacing.

The media wants people to feel these emotion so they listen to the narrative. A sound and sane person would not let these emotions drive them, they would research real issues, determine solutions and act on them. -

Made my gardens bee-friendly, safely disposed of a bunch of chemicals, increased our local foods consumption, stopped eating out (less waste), stayed consistent in bringing my own bags for groceries, walked almost every day, started a workout, did a bunch of research on outreach groups in our new community, joined the Sustainable neighborhood group, started shopping more from local businesses, women & minority owned-business, and sustainable energy businesses, looked into solar for our new home, upgraded appliances to more efficient ones... we're on a roll!
