    By thrifting the clothes I have into my style or by buying second hand items. I love doing that because you can get unique clothes and accessories plus you’re giving it a second chance and helping the environment. Most of my clothes are from a bazar.

    Plastic bags are the most common. I have a reusable bag to substitute them but  I forget to bring it everywhere and when I have to go buy something I have to get a plastic bag.

    Overpopulation is a huge problem right now. Resources are harder and harder to get and the planet can no longer afford to have more of us because it gets harder to regenerate. Having 3 kids here in Mexico is very different from having 3 kids in China. Economy and space are not the same.

    I think that supporting local farmers is the thing that inspires me most, because I have seen how hard is their lives compared to us and I would love to see them happy and having good lives with their nice children.

    I think that and I also have heard that planting one plant can give you the bless of 10 people. Therefore I think that planting a tree is really good for your spiritual health. Also I think that it also gives some physical exercise to me. Mentally I feel more calm when planting the tree.

    Many times what we call "waste" mainly in vegetables is what generates the most benefits for our body, so it is good to include it in food. An example can be the case of garlic and chambray onions, where the greenest part of these can be used to make garnishes that give a unique flavor to foods.

    For a long time, meat has been considered as a luxury food. Back in the day, only rich people could afford to eat meat everyday. Peope with less resources would eat vegetables or cereals like rice, lentils, beans.     Anytime I need to buy something I do some research to see if any women-owned business have what I'm looking for and buy from them. If I can't buy any of their products I use my social media platform to support them. I also encourage others to buy from them or to share their business as well.

    I think it helps a lot, somehow you feel that you contribute something no matter how minimal, which allows you to feel good about yourself which is good even for both mental and physical health.

    The eco monthly challenge is really good. We discuss about different problems related to climate justice. It's a whole new experience to me.
