    Neighbors working on their gardens, neighborhood cats chasing squirrels. Warmer weather and sun on my face. Wider sidewalks on busy streets would be nice.

    Planting trees connects you to the community, the land, and your impact on the world. It allows you to feel like you are putting back even the smallest fraction of what you have taken from the earth.
