    There are people on this earth who are hungry and having 1 mean in one single day just because they cannot afford to eat twice or thrice or whenever required. while considering such factors it makes us realize that w must respect the food and avoid wastage.

    The removal, destruction or impairment of natural ecosystems are among the greatest causes of critical impacts on the sustainability of our natural water resources. This issue is dealt with more broadly in Chapter 5. However, it should be emphasized that the ecosystems with which we interact are directly linked to the well-being of our natural water resources.

    A “Use-By" date is the last date recommended for the use of the product while at peak quality. In order to prevent food poisoning, one must check the expiry of the product.

    We can utilize the wastage of vegetables for making stocks. it adds nutritional value to the food also adds up the taste to the food. That way we can ensure that there is no wastage at all.

     Contact with natural light is therapeutic and has immediate positive effects on stress, blood pressure, and the immune system. also, trees or plants help us with the natural oxygen. so this thing altered my mind.
