Contamination prevents what is recyclable from being recycled. I will research and recycle all materials that are accepted by local haulers or drop stations in my community, making sure to not contaminate recyclables with non-recyclables.

In Colombia we call it "Love Bottles", when we separate plastics and fill bottles with them to produce recycled bricks for construction. Every week I will fill the bottles I have at home and then I send them to the drop centers in my community.

I will eat all of my meals without distractions, e.g., phone, computer, TV, or newspaper.
