    While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come from eating/serving smaller portions?

    You won't waste food that you won't eat. Also maybe for some people, it will keep them from overeating.

    we have always had led lights in our house. A next step for me is t make sure i am turning the lights off

    i really focus on the food i am eating and i take my time and i become even more grateful for the wonderful food on my plate
