Kirk Rizzi 4/29/2021 11:48 PMHaving recently arrived at Lam after having been laid off at Precision Castparts due to impacts of the pandemic, I was astounded by the systemic differences in both companies approach to community and the environment. Loss of income notwithstanding, it has been a wonderful experience to work for a corporation that seems so dedicated to the well-being of its employees and the environment we all share. I joined the challenge because I always do my best to insure that the planet I leave my daughters is as nice or better than the one I came into and I want to actively engage in the outreach supported by the company for whom I work. -

REFLECTION QUESTIONAction Track: Climate ResilienceHave you ever had a significant experience in nature that altered your perspective or focus? If so, please describe it.
Kirk Rizzi 4/29/2021 11:12 PMWhen I was 11, my step-father drove my little brother and myself approximately 20 miles from our cabin in SD and told us he would see us when we made it back. The next three days did a lot to alter my perspective on what was important and what I was capable of achieving with a known goal and minimal guidance. -
