    it can help us feel more familiar with nature and make us feel more connected to our natural surroundings. when we feel more comfortable in nature we become more appreciative of it.

    i enjoy going to the farmers market and supporting small businesses by my house to get food. it's nice to know where you're getting your food from

    i enjoyed going on daily walks because i got to spend more time in my neighborhood. i have notices nature and plants a lot more.
